The team at OfficeMaps are proud to share the exciting new feature - a reservation calendar for hot desks and meeting rooms – being released with this week’s software update.
The feature simplifies the process of organising your week across multiple desks and offices within your company. Using the calendar, you can preview the office arrangement for any day of the week. You can see what desks are occupied by which employee, filter desk configurations by teams, and reserve your favourite spot.
Additionally, by clicking on your profile you can easily see you upcoming reservations.
This new OfficeMaps feature further promotes flexible workplaces. Whether flexible work arrangements in your company means job-sharing, non-standard working hours or working from home, keeping the entire team productive means sharing accurate information on when and where individuals are available to work.
